AVP, Sales

We are looking for innovative and experienced individuals with proven success in managing, selling and executing strategic objectives to exceed digital revenue goals .Develop strategy and new business development plans. Lead, motivate and develop multiple sales teams.Take lead on major pitches and negotiations, ensuring our value proposition is clearly communicated.

About the Role

  • An advocate of consultative selling strategies, focused on print, digital, content, event, integrated solutions and idea-driven activations with the goal of always maximizing department revenues.
  • Managing the teams to ensure sales targets and objectives are consistently achieved.
  • Build strong relationships with senior decision makers across brands and agencies by demonstrating a thorough understanding of their business and objectives.
  • Develop strategy, and new business development plans particularly in growing advertising revenues from the relevant sectors.
  • Leading the sales teams to meet their revenue and non-revenue goals & targets.
  • Responsible for the setting of goals, performance and development of the sales teams, able to identify and nurture strong members and provide necessary coaching when necessary.
  • Clearly communicating with senior management on the development of the teams progress or any challenges encountered.
  • Develop and implement efficient and effective changes in sales operations when needed.

About You

  • A strategic, driven, and result-oriented sales professional.Has strong connections with senior decision makers within brands and agencies.
  • An Effective business leader with a strong understandig of local and regional media landscapes.
  • Above 10 years of experience in client-servicing / sales roles in the media/fintech industry.
  • Knowledge / experience in AdTech is a plus.
  • 5+ years experiences in digital media Is able to work under pressure, strong in planning, well organized, and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and possess the ability to lead and inspire a team, solve problems, and collaborate with multi-functional units.
