About the Role
- Identify staffing and recruitment needs: develops, and executes best practicing for hiring and talent management.
- Provide recruitment-related reports and analysis to drive sourcing strategy, campaign strategies and resourcing plans, and build pipelines for current and future hiring demands.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the company goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting and retention.

- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand business objectives and candidate requirements for open positions.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Advertise vacancies, run ads in digital media for open positions in the companies
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Conduct exit interviews on terminating employees
- Prepare salary proposal and offer letter
- Other duties and responsibilities as and when requested.
About You
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Executive with more than 5 years of talent acquisition experience is encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical skills with sound knowledge of best practices and latest trends in talent acquisition.
- Good candidate relationship management and negotiation skills to deliver a brand-defining experience while effectively managing expectation.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
