Manager, New Products

As New Product Manager, you will use your market knowledge and experience to deliver a product vision and strategy for the future of the data offering and achieve consensus from all partners. You will use this roadmap to continuously deliver incremental value and will need to adjust plans, as needed, to deliver the maximum business value.

About the Role

  • Develop and drive a strategic vision for the company offering acting as a thought and product leader in identifying industry and data opportunities to expand coverage.
  • Clearly communicate product vision, execution plan and status with partners.
  • Define and be accountable for metrics of success.
  • Manage the product development division and consistently explore better avenues to grow the product offerings.
  • Work closely and efficiently with other department as a cross-functional team to help build a best-in-class organization. 

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
  • At least 5 years and above of experience working in B2C product, with a solid understanding of ad- and subscription-supported consumer media products, experience working in news media is a plus.
  • Experience leading a team of product managers, guiding and providing mentorship to help set them up for success.
  • Depth of experience building and shipping consumer facing products, driving them from conceptualization to delivery; ability to gain stakeholder and leadership consensus; ability to facilitate prioritization decisions.
  • Deep understanding of technology and latest trends in the digital space, experience and demonstrated ability in understanding and discussing technical concepts and tradeoffs.
  • Excellent command of English with strong oral, written and communication skills.
