This role is responsible for planning, implementing and managing company’s overall SEO strategy. They usually cover a wide variety of duties such as web marketing, web analytics, content strategy planing, link building, and keyword strategy.
About The Role
- Develop effective SEO strategy to drive audience growth and customer acquisition with strong focus in local and cross-border markets.
- Communicate and monitor SEO performance progress with key content and ecommerce stakeholders internally.
- Optimize the Company’s websites digital marketing assets and campaigns, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google AdWords, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), display advertising, and others.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing team, to collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.
- Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click through rates, traffic, and conversions.
- Implement SEO recommendations for website architecture, content, internal linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords and online visibility.
- Analysing and interpreting campaign performance data and reports.
- Uncovering, understanding, and achieving the company’s goals and business objectives through campaign customization.
- Recommending and executing strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals.
- Maximize organic traffic growth for our company’s website, ensuring that modern SEO techniques are properly and consistently implemented.
- Perform site audit, identify and troubleshoot issues impacting the technical performance and operations of all media and ecommerce platforms
About You
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experienced in website analytics software and keyword tools such as Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Moz, Semrush.
- Strong skill level in IT, Web Design, UI UX (Familiarity with on-page SEO, off-page SEO & other technical SEO).
- Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization.
- Knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates.
- Possess a positive attitude; and is meticulous; focused; organised; diligent; able to multitask; independent, Creative, innovative, and accuracy and attention to details.
- Track record of successful audience growth and customer acquisition experiences in media and/or ecommerce industry.
- Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
