As CRO of DMN you will have direct responsibility for a Sales function leading the company’s sales leader as a direct report. You will also be key in product direction and prioritization to achieve growth goals.
About The Role
- To participate actively in strategic and business unit planning to develop reasonable and thorough revenue projections for annual budgets and multi-year projections with the executive team and board of directors.
- Create a standardized outreach for current and future clients and coordinate its implementation across sales channels, client management, and marketing and communications.
- Create accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics and coordinating compensation and promotions with these metrics.
- Establish both short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting.
- Manage the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success team and be responsible for growing end to end business P&L
- Integrating sales and marketing , as well as any other process that maximizes returns on marketing investment.
- Responsible for the sustainable growth of the business by increasing revenue year on year.
- Inspire, motivate, lead and manage industry team and service line leaders to drive execution of business development and sales skills, process and systems to achieve goals resulting in excellent client experience.
- Master’s degree or above, Saas industry background with relevant , more than 10 years of experience in CRO/CEO/Co-Founder/COO positions.
- At least 10 years of experience in owning and growing the business.
- At least 6 years of experience in managing teams across sales, marketing and customer success.
- Proficient in product development of intelligent platforms and skilled in relevant technical means.
- Agile thinking, forward-looking concepts, with the ability to deal with all kinds of complex issues and a high sense of work responsibility.
- Excellent command of English with strong oral, written and communication skills.
